Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Botanical —
Where care doesn’t rush in, it arrives with intention.
Whether it’s your first visit or a return to yourself, we’re honored to be part of your rhythm. Before you book, here are a few things to help guide your experience — simple, thoughtful, and just enough.
1. Booking & Deposit: To reserve your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. You’ll also receive a brief consent form 24 hours before your visit — this helps us prepare with care, not rush.
2. Consent Forms: Completing your form (which takes just 3–5 minutes) helps us understand your skin, preferences, and care needs before your arrival. A small step that allows for more personalized, intentional care.
3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that life shifts. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being gently retained, and a new one will be required to rebook. We appreciate your understanding as we protect time on both ends.
4. Running Late: If something delays you, just let us know. We offer a 10-minute grace period.
After 10 minutes, the deposit will no longer be applied to your service, and a new one will be needed to reschedule. Communication helps us adjust with care.
5. No-Call, No-Show: Missed appointments without any notice will result in the deposit being held and will affect future scheduling. At Botanical, mutual respect shapes how we move forward — honoring each guest’s time, including our own.
6. Payment Methods: We accept Zelle and most major payment methods. At this time, we do not accept checks, Cash App, or Venmo. If you need assistance with payment options, we’re here to help.
7. Brow Tinting Test Patch: If you’re new to brow tinting, a patch test is required at least 72 hours before your appointment. This ensures skin compatibility and allows us to create the safest, most effective results for your brows.
8. Pre-Treatment Preparation: For the best results, please arrive with clean skin — free of lotions, oils, or makeup. We’ll let you know if anything specific is needed ahead of time. Preparing well helps us show up well, too.
9. Health & Safety: Not feeling your best? Let us know — we’ll gladly reschedule your appointment. Your wellbeing, and the wellbeing of our team and other guests, is always a shared priority.
10. Weather Advisory: If severe weather is expected (like snow, ice, or heavy rain), we’ll reach out in advance to reschedule your appointment. We honor your time, and we also honor safety — for everyone.
11. Allergies & Sensitivities: If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions we should be aware of, please share them before your treatment. Every detail helps us protect your skin, your comfort, and your trust.
12. Guests & Children: You’re welcome to bring guests or children with you. We simply ask that children are supervised at all times, so we can maintain a space that feels safe, serene, and uninterrupted for all.
13. Hair Removal Prep: For the smoothest results, hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice (about 1/4 inch). If it’s shorter, we may need to reschedule. This ensures you receive the best outcome with the least discomfort.
14. Shared Respect: We believe care goes both ways. We ask that all communication between guests and estheticians remain kind and professional. Respect is the atmosphere here — and it’s what makes Botanical feel like a space you want to return to.
