Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Botanical —
Care doesn’t rush in — it arrives with intention.
These details help us prepare with care — and help you step in with ease.
You’re not expected to memorize this — only to know we’ve thought it through.
Booking, Timing & Deposits:
1. Booking & Deposit
To reserve your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. You’ll also receive a brief consent form 24 hours before your visit — this allows us to prepare with care, not rush.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made within this window will result in the deposit being held and a new one required to rebook.
Botanical offers one courtesy cancellation per calendar year for unforeseen circumstances. Beyond this, standard policies apply.
All appointment changes must be made through your confirmation link. Botanical is not able to manage bookings on your behalf.
3. Running Late
A 10-minute grace period is reserved for unexpected delays or emergencies and is not intended for routine lateness. If you’re running behind, please call us as soon as possible.
If we do not hear from you by your scheduled start time, we may assume you are unable to attend and release the appointment accordingly.
4. No-Call, No-Show
Appointments missed without notice will result in the deposit being held and may impact future booking eligibility. Mutual respect shapes how we move forward — honoring each guest’s time, including our own.
Payments, Refunds & Retail:
5. Payment Methods
All checkouts flow through GlossGenius — Botanical’s booking rhythm. For your convenience, we also accept Zelle and cash. At this time, we do not accept checks, Cash App, or Venmo.
6. Refunds & Results
Botanical does not offer refunds on completed services. Each skin responds uniquely, and our role is to guide results through professional care and thoughtful aftercare support.
7. Retail Products
Unopened retail items may be exchanged within 7 days, so your care continues with confidence. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
Skin Safety, Preparation & Aftercare:
8. Consent Forms
Completing your form (3–5 minutes) helps us understand your skin, preferences, and care needs before your arrival. A small step that allows for more personalized, intentional care.
9. Pre-Treatment Preparation
Please arrive with clean skin — free of lotions, oils, or makeup. We’ll let you know if anything specific is needed ahead of time.
10. Facials & Waxing
To protect your skin’s health, facial and waxing services should be booked separately, allowing time between each for the safest and most effective results.
11. Medications & Skin Treatments
If you’re using retinol, Accutane, antibiotics, or have had recent treatments (peels, microneedling, fillers), let us know before your visit. These may affect safety and timing.
12. Brow Tinting Test Patch
If you’re new to brow tinting, a patch test is required at least 72 hours before your appointment to ensure skin compatibility.
13. Hair Removal Prep
For optimal results, hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice (about ¼ inch). If shorter, rescheduling may be necessary.
14. Aftercare Guidance
Care doesn’t end when your appointment does. Botanical provides tailored aftercare so your results echo long after you leave.

Please share any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your visit. Every detail helps us protect your skin and comfort.
18. Guests & Children
Guests and children are welcome, with the understanding that children must be supervised at all times so the space remains safe, serene, and uninterrupted.
19. Shared Respect
