Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Botanical Care doesn’t rush in — it arrives with intention. Every detail below exists to keep your care uninterrupted and our time intentional. ✦ Your Spot, Secured (Booking & Booking Fee) To reserve your appointment, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required. You’ll also receive a brief consent form 24 hours before your visit — this helps us prepare with care, not rush. ✦ Your Voice Before Arrival (Consent Forms) Completing your form (3–5 minutes) helps us understand your skin, preferences, and care needs before you arrive. A small step that creates more personalized, intentional care. ✦ Changing Plans (Cancellation Policy) We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the booking fee will be retained and a new one required to rebook. Guests manage changes through their confirmation link. Botanical is not able to manage bookings on your behalf. ✦ Time Has Its Own Rhythm (Running Late) If something delays you, just let us know. We offer a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the booking fee will be retained and a new one required to reschedule. Communication helps us adjust with care. ✦ Silence Breaks Rhythm (No-Call, No-Show) Missed appointments without notice will result in the booking fee being retained and may affect future scheduling. Mutual respect shapes how we move forward — honoring each guest’s time, including our own. ✦ Checkouts Made Simple (Payment Methods) All checkouts flow through GlossGenius — Botanical’s booking rhythm. We also accept Zelle and cash. At this time, we do not accept checks, Cash App, or Venmo. If you need assistance with payment options, we’re here to help. ✦ Patch First, Perfect Later (Brow Tinting Test Patch) If you’re new to brow tinting, a patch test is required at least 72 hours before your appointment. This ensures skin compatibility and lets us create the safest, most effective results. ✦ Arrive Ready (Pre-Treatment Preparation) For the best results, arrive with clean skin — free of lotions, oils, or makeup. We’ll let you know if anything specific is needed ahead of time. Preparing well helps us show up well, too. ✦ Two Rituals, Two Appointments (Facials & Waxing) To protect your skin’s health, we do not recommend scheduling facial and waxing services in the same appointment. Please book separately, allowing time between each. ✦ Skin + Science: Where Safety Meets Rhythm (Medications & Skin Treatments) If you’re using retinol, Accutane, antibiotics, or have had recent treatments (peels, microneedling, fillers), let us know before your visit. Each skin responds in its own way, and our role is to guide your results through professional care and aftercare support. ✦ Retail That Extends Care (Retail Products) Unopened retail items may be exchanged within 7 days.
