Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Botanical Wellness Spa, where your self-care journey begins! We’re honored to support your wellness and can’t wait to make you feel your best. Before booking, here are a few key things to know:
1. Booking & Deposit: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. You’ll also receive a consent form 24 hours before your scheduled time to help us prepare for your visit.
2. Consent Forms: Completing a consent form is essential. It allows us to better understand your needs and tailor your experience to ensure you feel your best.
3. Cancellation Policy: Life happens! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within this window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
4. Late Arrival: Running late? Let us know! Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will require rescheduling, with the deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required for future bookings.
5. No-Call No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without notice result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. To keep things fair, repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.
6. Payment: We accept Zelle and other payment methods but do not accept checks, Cash App, or Venmo. Let us know if you have any questions about payment options!
7. Brow Tinting Services: New to brow tinting? A patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This ensures compatibility and provides the best results. Reach out to schedule your patch test or learn more!
8. Pre-Treatment Preparation: To help us provide the best results, please arrive with clean skin, free of lotions, oils, or makeup. We’ll communicate any specific preparation instructions ahead of time.
9. Health & Safety: Feeling unwell? Let us know, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment. Your health, as well as the health of our team and guests, is our top priority.
10. Weather Advisory: In the event of severe weather (like heavy snow or rain), we’ll reach out in advance to reschedule your appointment to ensure everyone’s safety.
11. Allergies & Sensitivities: Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your treatment. Your comfort and safety matter to us.
12. Guests & Children: We welcome guests and children in our spa. To keep the environment safe and serene, we kindly ask that children be supervised at all times. Thank you for your understanding.
13. Hair Length for Sugaring & Hard Wax: For the best results, hair should be at least as long as a grain of rice (about 1/4 inch). If it’s too short, we’ll need to reschedule for a later date. This ensures we provide you with a smooth and effective experience. Thank you for understanding!
14. Mutual Respect Between Guests & Estheticians: Respect is the foundation of a positive experience. We ask that both guests and estheticians communicate kindly and professionally. This creates a welcoming and comfortable space for everyone.
